The way leave is represented in your timesheets will be changing.

There will no longer be an Insight Leave project.

Instead you will now need to “book” your leave when entering your timesheet, this will auto populate those days in not only your timesheet but also your practice schedule.

 

Leave requests MUST ALSO go through Connx

 

Entering leave within a timesheet period 

Mainly for odd days here and there ie Sick leave or Work life balance

  • Open Polaris 
  • Go to the timesheet tab:

 

  1. To add leave go to the “Book Time Off” button”

 

3. Select the type of leave required from the drop down, enter the start and end dates as needed.

Please comments if relevant and submit

 

Entering leave outside a timesheet period

  • This would mainly be used to enter planned or known leave in advance. 
  • Open Polaris 
  • Go to the Time Off tab and select the Book Time Off button

 

4. Select the type of leave required from the drop down, enter the start and end dates as needed.
