- Log into Polaris
- Select Projects Icon from left hand menu
- Select list
- Add project you are looking for into the search bar
- Make sure you are on the correct project status ie “Execution” or it will not show up

1. Double check existing information
- Basic info
- Clients
- Groups
- Additional info
2. Financials (click pencil to edit) – double check existing information
- Project currency
- Budget hrs – leave blank for now
- Total Contract Value
3. Time & Expenses
- No Fill
4. Revenue Recognition (click pencil to edit)

5. Attach Docs – Copy Qorus link if handy otherwise leave
6. Billing Rates Section
- Leave as is
Resourcing Tab
This is to add the existing resources to the new schedule based on the old sharepoint files
7. Go to resourcing tab
8. Click on + resource request
- Add hrs and loading
- Allocate resource
9. Type name into Search bar at top
10. Select resource
- Select – Extend the allocation
- Create allocation
- Then need to select either allocate what fits or Extend the allocation
- If Extend the allocation is selected and the date is pushed out the project date (in basic info) and the date in the financials sections will need to be amended to match
11. Complete allocation
